How To Highlight Part of a MultiPart Polygon

Hi,

I have code that allows me to zoom to the parts of a multi-part polygon.
What I would like to do next is to highlight (or flash) each part after zooming to it. Does anyone know how this can be done?
I would even be okay with highlighting the whole polygon if it can be done easily.

Any help would be appreciated.
