To Display the Attribute Table and Properties of a layer inside EngineTOCControl (VB)

Greetings,

I implemented a Vb.Net 2010 project that includes a form containing ArcEngine MapControl, TOCControl, & ToolbarControl in order to load layers (data) in the TOCControl and view it inside the map control and use the built-in commands in the toolbar control...

What I need more are:

1. Display Layer Properties just like in ArcMap
2. Display Layer Attribute Table to show the data

Is this possible using any built-in ArcEngine control / component or else is there any library / interface that could provide me these two functionalities...
