How to Draw Band segment of the line

Excuse me .
I am a programmer from China and please forgive my poor English.
These days I am trying to do a function to draw a line with band segment or arc,or a polygon with ring,just like the same function of ArcMap.But i found it seems make no use no matter i use the interface of IDisplayFeedback or IRubber.

Is there some easy way to solve this problem?
