Problems running ExportActiveView sample with dynamic map enabled

I have used the ExportActiveView sample to successfully export the current map view to a JPG file. However, when I change the map mode to dynamic and add a few items through a GraphicTracker and then try to run the ExportActiveview sample the items added through a GraphicTracker are not part of the outputted JPG. If the dynamic mode is not enabled, the GraphicTracker items export correctly.

Does anyone know of a way of exporting the view successfully when a map is in dynamic mode?
