Feature to Raster conversion in ArcMap 10.2

I'm trying to perform a feature to raster conversion using vb.net for ArcMap 10.2. I used to perform this operation for ArcMap 9.3 using IExportOperation.

Does anyone know how to do this now? Any help would be really appreciate it.
