How to convert IPersistStream or IStream(in Arcgis)to MemoryStream/FileStream(in C#)?

Are there anyone know how to convert IPersistStream or IStream object (in Arcgis) into MemoryStream or FileStream in C# ?

Could you please give some codes for demo this ?
