XMl tranformation using XLS in c#.net

Hi,
I am new to ArcGIS, I convert our application from version 9 to version 10 in this I'm doing view metadata for the layers in version 9 when Right click on the layer the model dialog for metadata we select the option View metadata and this will open in the another form showing transformed Metadata from XML using XLS

I have to do the same in the Version 10, I don't know the steps for this.

Kindly assist to do the same in the version 10 for C#.net
