Access Cached Image Service from arcobject

Hello,
I have an Image service layer cached locally on the AGS server
i've been accessing the service from arcmap on a remote computer, the map i working preety good

then ive build quick arcobject "tester" on the same remote computer, ive user "IImageServerLayer"
and set iscached to "true", my map wont show the cache eventhough the service account has full permissions on the cache folder

1 more thing :
my wpf API tester work well with the service too.....
